Create a Guide/Template: Consent Forms

We need to create a guide for consent forms so that volunteers can use it as a template

Beginne mit den verlinkten Wiki-Anweisungen zum Sammeln von Beispielen, zum Erstellen eines Entwurfs, zur Peer-Review und zur Leitungsprüfung. Überprüfe anschließend die Ressourcen für Einwilligungsformulare im Google-Drive-Ordner und die verlinkten Projektbeispiele. Halte die Anweisungen für die einzelnen Phasen im Abschnitt Tasks des Issues fest und nutze die gesammelten Beispiele, um den Leitfaden oder die Vorlage für Einwilligungsformulare zu erstellen. Als abgeschlossen gilt die Aufgabe, wenn der Leitfaden die Peer-Review und die Leitungsprüfung durchlaufen hat.
