We need to prepare the Project Boards for the forced migration that GitHub is doing in August, so that it is already working well for the team by then.

Start with the GitHub Project Board's "Start Here" column and follow the issue checklist. For each card, copy its markdown into a comment, determine the wiki page and section, copy the item to the wiki, hide the comment, and delete the card. Done means the relevant cards have been migrated and removed from the board.
