Get list of successful HfLA Projects

### Overview
We (and other CoPs) want to create a space on our wiki where we can acknowledge and celebrate projects that HfLA volunteers have brought to completion. We will need to collaborate with Bonnie on how to get this list together.

### Resources/Instructions

Start by reviewing the issue's action item and contacting Bonnie to determine how the successful HfLA project list should be gathered. Done means the list is compiled and a wiki space is created to acknowledge and celebrate completed projects.
