We need to a guide to creating new projects, so that we can help people bring promising projects to the org for consideration

### Action Items

- [ ] Create a one sheet https://docs.google.com/document/d/14-nYNCjrMrC8lucUNBfLOFQZk2sWbkRlJgigWDAlqlI/edit
- [ ] Find and add the issues related to project provisioning and the guide to creating a one sheet to the Resources section below
- [ ] Review available materials with Bonnie to get recommended next steps.

### Resources

### Original Notes
##### Who's Here?

* Bonnie
* Nina

#### What did we do?
Discussed the need to create a project similar in scope to other civic projects at HFLA, except this project would be to create an application that new projects that come to HFLA could be put through (self guided by the stakeholder). This project would create a lasting resource that would be used and iterated as needed. Both providing interactivity for the stakeholder though a process that combines the best elements of the hands on approach we are currently employing while at the same time making it possible for HFLA to scale and improve the new project process with every new project. Additionally this application can help create uniform project documentation and clear direction for the stakeholders, so the process is transparent.

The project would contain some of the following elements:
* Forms
* Interactive Decision Trees
* Step by step instructions
* Examples
* Documentation
* Gamification

#### What do we need to do?
Put this project through the same process that we have been doing manually with Yulia, to come up with a project pitch and to document the areas of the process that can be turned into automation while we are in it.
