Create a guide: How to setup Figma for teams

We need to create a guide for how to setup figma for teams that allows for unlimited future editors and 200 pages for future project growth.

- Workflows:
- prerequisite: team must have a hackforla.org email address
- Log into teams email account
- Create Figma account using the team's email
- Create a draft
- Add 200 pages
- Create a figma team for project
- Move draft into team account
- Add current team UI/UX lead and Product Manager manager as editors
- Have them move all the content from old figma to new figma
- remove content from old figma, and put a note saying that its the old page, and put a link to the current.
- Add all current team members as editors
- Add all old team members as viewers

**Decisions**
We will publish this internally only so that we can send to team leads only or admin.

Start with the guide template and the listed Figma workflows, then confirm the current process with the admin team member who performs it. Record the workflows, store the recording in the linked Google Drive folder, and turn the transcript into a step-by-step internal guide. Complete the feasibility analysis and either document the guide or record the resulting automation decision.
