Requestfactory support

Using tboyer gwt-maven-plugin with modular-requestfactory archetype, I could not get WTP work unless enabled annotation processing on the server modules project properties and included the shared module. Are you aware of this issue? Is there another way of including the apt generated file?

Start by reproducing the modular-requestfactory archetype with tboyer gwt-maven-plugin and WTP, then inspect the server and shared module configuration around annotation processing and the APT-generated file. Done means WTP works without the reported manual project-property change and the generated file is included through a documented project configuration.
