Run the SDM re-compiler from a button

Instead of executing the code server from the code server web server request, make a button to launch the compiling routine. This could be adapted for custom remote web server routines, where it's hard to bind on the same nic of the web server.

Might as well make a launcher to launch a the SDM compiler with all the flags in the UI that can be wired up to control the compile.

Start by locating the code server web request that currently executes the SDM compiler and identify how compiler flags are assembled. Define the launcher button and its UI controls, including how custom remote web-server routines would be triggered; done means compiling can be started from the UI without relying on that request path.
