Add at least one example of how to use TLS

The example directories don't show how to properly set up a TLS connection. Since this is likely the first place people look for how to set up a server, at least one of the examples (new or existing) should show how.

Start by reading the existing example directories and server examples to understand how connections are configured. Add or update an example that demonstrates setting up a TLS connection, and verify that the example clearly shows the complete server setup and can be followed successfully.
