The application is asking for a specific language to select and when the user does that, the whole application gets reloaded.

the application should be able to picked the language the system is already using and make it its default language.

Start by locating the customer application’s language-selection flow and its handling of the system language. Clarify whether the app should detect the system language automatically and whether changing it should avoid a full reload. Done means the default language follows the system setting and the reported reload behavior is resolved.
