Entaega Customer Application: Change message content when ratings filter is applied

Describe the bug
Change message content when ratings filter is applied , when user is on restaurant screen and apply search filter by ratings it should display message related to restaurant ratings no restaurant available to these filter or something relevant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Enatega Restaurant Customer Application
Click on Restaurants screen now apply Ratings filter and apply 5-Star ratings then see what message it will show you when no restaurant is 5-Star rated.
It is showing we are currently not available in your area which is irrelevant message to ratings filter
Expected behavior
It should display the message "No 5-star rated items found" .

从 Customer Application 的 Restaurants 屏幕开始，跟踪应用 Ratings 筛选器（尤其是 5-Star 筛选器）后显示的空状态消息。将其与当前的区域可用性消息进行比较，并验证空结果是否显示特定于评分的消息，例如“未找到 5 星评分的项目”。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
