UI Bug in Restaurant Customise Screen

Describe the bug
The UI is moving above the header and causing issues as shown in the screenshot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a new restaurant or check out a new restaurant such as "somerestaurant" where the items are added as default without any image.
2- The UI also have keyboard avoiding view issue with "Special Instructions" fields

Expected behavior
The UI should not move above header

首先在 iPhone 15 Pro 上复现餐厅自定义界面，使用一个菜品没有图片且包含 Special Instructions 字段的新餐厅。跟踪界面的实现和避免键盘遮挡的行为；当 UI 保持在 header 下方，并且键盘打开时 Special Instructions 字段行为正确，即表示完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
