Describe the bug
Users have discovered a functionality flaw in the Enatega Multivendor Customer App, allowing the submission of blank reviews. Furthermore, the app displays these blank reviews in the reviews section, causing confusion and affecting the reliability of the review system.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the Enatega Multivendor Customer App.
Navigate to a product or service that allows user reviews.
Attempt to submit a review without entering any text.
Observe if the app allows the submission of a blank review.
Check the reviews section to see if the blank review is displayed.
Expected behavior
The app should prevent users from submitting blank reviews, and the reviews section should filter out and not display blank reviews
