Nit: events shadow make it looks like the scrollbar isn't at the beginning of the list

A bit of a nitpicking but that makes me want to scroll the page all the time ^^

PS: something else that itches me a bit is that scrolling to the right sometimes goes into the future (next events) and sometimes the past (past events).

Start by locating the events list UI in the graphql.org website and reproduce the scrollbar-shadow appearance shown in the attached image. Check both the initial scroll position and horizontal scrolling direction; done means the shadow no longer makes the scrollbar appear misplaced and scrolling behaves consistently.
