Adding a new graphql library

Hi I have made a [library](https://github.com/CristianBarragan/Coffee-Beanery) to parse graphql queries into raw sql queries using mainly dapper.

I would like to added it as library so the community can benefit from it.

Review the linked Coffee-Beanery repository and article first; the issue does not identify a graphql.org file, library index, or acceptance criteria. Done would require a decided way to add the library to the website and confirmation that the resulting change meets the project’s criteria.
