Since graphs are visual concepts, I think it would be beneficial to perhaps include some images of graphs here to further drill down the point.

Start with the “Thinking in Graphs” page and inspect how its content and images are organized. Check nearby documentation pages for existing image conventions. Done means adding useful graph visuals that reinforce the page’s explanation.
