Improving --host 0.0.0.0 Documentation

Suggestion: the "--host 0.0.0.0" setting to allow remote requests was very hard to find. I recommend documenting what 0.0.0.0 does in several places, including the getting started doc's.

Also telling people they can use "sudo tcpdump port 5000" to see if traffic is hitting the server is good to tell people too.

Start with the getting started documentation and search for existing references to --host 0.0.0.0 to identify the other relevant documentation locations. Done means the setting's purpose and the suggested sudo tcpdump port 5000 diagnostic are documented in the appropriate places.
