[Place Details API response] geometry field - LatLngLiteral does not specify the geocode level

This response does not include the precision/"geocode level" as returned in location_type field within geometry by geocoding api.

Until the response is enhanced, API docs should specify what geocode level can be expected for the lat,lng returned in Place Details.
