Change destination polyline color and driver arrow icon

I examined the GoogleMapsNavigationView class and the GoogleNavigationViewController class, but I could not find a parameter to customize the destination and marker. This kind of feature could be useful for customers who do not want the standard Google navigation theme.
In fact, it would be quite exciting to be able to display the header and footer views as we wish with a builder parameter in GoogleMapsNavigationView :)
