Hello,
I've encountered a discrepancy when building the `google_cloud_aiplatform` package from source compared to the wheel available on PyPI. I'm hoping you can provide some insight into this issue.
Upon comparing the locally generated wheel with the one from PyPI, I observed discrepancies within the google_cloud_aiplatform-1.25.0-py3.9-nspkg.pth file. Specifically, the content of this file differs between the two wheels.
Here's the content of the `nspkg.pth` file generated during my local build:

For my local build, I followed these steps:
1. Used the Docker image specified in the repository.
2. Executed both `python3 -m build` and `python3 setup.py bdist_wheel`, and observed the same differences in the generated `nspkg.pth` files in both cases.

1. What is the root cause of this difference in the `nspkg.pth` files?
2. How can I correct this discrepancy to ensure my local build matches the PyPI wheel?
3. Does this difference have any impact on the package's functionality?
