BigTable does not support querying Materialized Views via the ReadRows API

I would like to be able to run operations like ReadRows, SampleRowKeys, etc. on materialized views in Bigtable.

SMRK would be helpful on a CMV for us, when we do async background data processing while using the CMV as a job queue
