- pip version: 23.1.2
- `google-auth-oauthlib` version: 1.0.0

#### Steps to reproduce

1. import google_auth_oauthlib.flow in python code
2. run mypy type checker

#### Stack trace
Skipping analyzing "google_auth_oauthlib": module is installed, but missing library stubs or py.typed marker
