Similar to https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-python/issues/15379
Unlike the others, BatchGetDocuments [never supported any kind of streaming retries.](https://github.com/googleapis/python-firestore/blob/f10b503b0dc2b23e43495e3f0417ae2630c13d82/google/cloud/firestore_v1/client.py#L267) When the stream fails, an exception is raised
We should also add stream recovery to this rpc
