Descrizione
I noticed that there is a synchronous HTTPIterator in page_iterator, however there is no equivalent AsyncHTTPIterator in page_iterator_async. This may be useful for future async clients iteration methods for other cloud client libraries. If needed I can make the PR for this change as well.
