# Readme updates
I had to manually update files: https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-java/pull/9292, referencing https://github.com/googleapis/java-policy-troubleshooter/pull/166/files.
# Version bump to 1.0.0
Because this is a monorepo now, we cannot use "Release-As:" for Release Please. How might we update library of pre 1.0 to 1.0?
