I guess this may be a duplicate of https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-java/issues/2472
We barely use java.util.Date on modern apps, java.time is around long enough, and it would be awesome if Timestamp could natively support LocalDateTime,
having to do `Timestamp.of(Date.from(ldt.atZone(ZoneId.systemDefault()).toInstant()))`
Kinda wears out after a while.
Does not seem like a lot of effort, but could remove a lot of boiler plate code on client side
