Fix documentation links for LROs with `NoAwaitTag`

Start by locating the generator or source templates that produce documentation for long-running operations using NoAwaitTag, then compare the rendered links shown in the issue image with their targets. Identify the intended link destinations before making changes, and verify that regenerated documentation contains working links.
