How can I do oauth flow and use google forms api on my api hosted on heroku ?

So I am new to this and have done googling a lot and always came to a point where redirect url needs to be opened in browser for oauth authentication .

is there a way where i can make a api which will be on cloud like heroku and when i go on certain route . the whole oauth flow and api calling is done and i get response ? . If there is a way kindly tell me . I know this might be the dumbest thing someone might have asked you but please help me .

I am using node modules like @google-cloud/local-auth, @googleapis/forms to do this . Thank you
