Fix the lost session issue in Spanner ORM

描述
Spanner deletes sessions older than some threshold (28 days). When that happens, Spanner ORM panics and doesn't know what to do causing its clients to receive errors similar to `google.api_core.exceptions.NotFound: 404 Session not found: projects//instances//databases//sessions/"`.
