does not reformat (too long) block comments

are not reformatted by the plugin if they are too long to fit on one line. Unlike Javadoc comments, regular (block) comments are not wrapped to the next line by google-java-format. Is this is a bug or a feature?

This was tested on IntelliJ IDEA 2016.3.4, Build #IC-163.12024.16, built on January 31, 2017 and google-java-format 1.0, which is the latest available version from the Jetbrains repos for this and the previous (2016.3.3) IDEA version (although a newer GJF version should be available, see #115).
