Description

I am trying to enable plugin for remote development, but it does not work.
I installed the plugin for both host and client side, add all needed properties to `Custom VM Options` for both client and host. I enabled the plugin for both too. I restarted everything, but I still get a popup that is needed to configure the plugin.
I noticed that for client just google-java-format (1.13.0.0) is available to install. I tried to install the same version for host IDE, but nothing happened. I tried to install manually the latest version to Client, but it is not compatible.
