Description

Most package managers include a tagged version of cppdap, e.g.:
- [vcpkg - 1.58.0-a](https://vcpkg.io/en/package/cppdap)
- [msys2 - 1.58.0-a](https://packages.msys2.org/base/cppdap)
- [Ubuntu - 15.8.0-a](https://packages.ubuntu.com/noble/libcppdap-dev)

Looks like there was a new [1.65.0 release](https://github.com/google/cppdap/commit/37c744c294cbb24943a3913bbb67860d1609008c) and a [1.59.0 release](https://github.com/google/cppdap/commit/d9041149a8db28994f0cd34bbf655e1fe584294f).

It would be very helpful if you could provide Git tags (or a GitHub release) for either; that would allow package managers to use a more recent version of cppdap.

Review the linked 1.65.0 and 1.59.0 release commits and compare them with the repository's existing tags or GitHub releases. Done means the requested version is available as a Git tag or GitHub release so package managers can use it.
