Implement stdin for console applications

We now have stdout and stderr support for console-mode applications in CodeWorld. I'd love to add stdin to that list. This is considerably harder, but would let people run a whole bunch of programs that weren't specifically designed for CodeWorld. For better or worse, stdin is commonly used in language tutorials, and that's a core use case for code.world/haskell
