Description

If you would like to see a new model added to the Menagerie collection, please provide us with the following information _before_ sending a pull request. (Ideally, before you start working on converting or tuning the model for MuJoCo.)

**URL for the existing model source (e.g. URDF)**
https://rainbowrobotics.github.io/RBQ/manual/Hardware/specification.html

**License terms of the upstream model**
BSD 3-Clause License

**What do you think is required to convert and tune this model for MuJoCo?**
Hello,

We are from Rainbow Robotics, and we have been setting up a MuJoCo environment for the RBQ10 to make it easier for users to access and utilize the model.
Since we have already implemented and tested RBQ in MuJoCo, only adding the model to the Menagerie collection should be required.

Here is the link to our official website, where you can control and interact with the RBQ model in MuJoCo:

**Are you proposing to help develop and maintain the new model?**
Yes. I am currently working with Rainbow Robotics in RBQ research team, would also love to develop and maintain the new model.

Research direction

Start with the RBQ10 hardware specification and developers guide linked in the issue, then review how existing models are organized in the Menagerie collection. Done means adding the already tested RBQ10 MuJoCo model under the collection while preserving its BSD 3-Clause licensing information.
