Update commit list + Usability messages + UX + Error in windows 11

I think there is a problem in commit list.

I have two computer with the same project. When I commit from one (I checked with web if the commit was done) I can't see that commit in the other computer , no matter what I do.
This issue is a no go to for me. I will use vscode in the meantime :)

can you add some usability messages in these actions?:
- pull completed/errors
- push completed/errors
- require password to connect
- password saved
- files difference between local and remote

Also some improvements in UX

- If I add my password I would like to keep the password field filled. It means I no need to set it again.
- When i choose to show in "Unified" view I would like to keep that setting when I reopen godot editor.
- When I switch off the plugin from project->version control->version control settings the plugin have to be closed the next time I open my project.

Inizia da git_plugin.cpp:GitPlugin::_commit#L103 e riproduci l'errore relativo a user.name mancante su Windows 11. Poi separa il problema dell'elenco dei commit, i messaggi di usabilità e le richieste UX in comportamenti distinti da esaminare. Il lavoro sarà considerato completato quando saranno definiti di comune accordo l'ambito, saranno disponibili test riproducibili e sarà verificata ogni modifica selezionata.
