Evaluate & restore analytics tests

The tests with tags `analytics` are currently disabled, and seem to have been for a long time. It'd be nice to figure out what was intended here, and what might be needed to set these up to be run for every build.

They may have been intended for local sanity check use only as there is a `prepare_analytics` rake task, but that doesn't seem to ever have been part of the main test rake tasks.
