A new breath of life

After my comment under #23, I've spent the past few months occasionally working on a "Redux" overhaul for menu plugins. It's fully compatible with all existing menu plugins, but it also supplies an extended API to simplify things for end users.

While I'm still adding & fixing things here and there, it's mostly stable right now. A list of features are in the README.

I don't know what you'll do with this issue, but let's just say I've accumulated more GMod hours sitting on the main menu than in game recently...
