Automatic publishing to Winget

There are ways to push releases automaticall to winget in the CD via tools like [Komac](https://github.com/russellbanks/Komac).
This way the winget version would be more up to date and you would not need to manually create pull request at [winget-pkgs](https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs)
