Game broken

When attempting to access this at https://githubschool.github.io/github-games-juriwiens/, I am getting a 404. This could be caused by a couple things:

- GitHub pages needs to be enabled on master. You can fix this in the repository settings.
- the index.html file is incorrectly named inde.html. We will fix this together in class.

Can you please fix the first bullet @juriwiens?

Start with the published URL and the repository's GitHub Pages settings, then inspect the repository root for the index.html naming mentioned in the issue. Confirm that the Pages configuration is enabled on master and that the published URL loads successfully; the issue's requested first bullet is complete when the site no longer returns 404.
