Game broken

When attempting to access this at https://githubschool.github.io/github-games-jlamberts/, I am getting a 404. This could be caused by a couple things:

- GitHub pages needs to be enabled on master. You can fix this in the repository settings.
- the index.html file is incorrectly named inde.html. We will fix this together in class.

Can you please fix the first bullet @jlamberts?

Start with the repository's GitHub Pages settings and the deployed URL in the issue. Confirm whether Pages is enabled on master, then verify that the site no longer returns a 404. The issue also mentions a possible inde.html versus index.html naming problem, but requests the Pages-settings fix first.
