Game broken

When attempting to access this at https://githubschool.github.io/github-games-blakecapello, I am getting a 404. This could be caused by a couple things:

- GitHub pages needs to be enabled on master. You can fix this in the repository settings.
- the index.html file is incorrectly named inde.html. We will fix this together in class.

Can you please fix the first bullet @blakecapello?

Start in the repository settings and verify the GitHub Pages configuration for the master branch, then revisit the published URL in the issue. Done means the GitHub Pages URL no longer returns a 404; the issue also notes a separate inde.html naming problem that is not the requested first-bullet fix.
