Game broken

When attempting to access this at https://githubschool.github.io/github-games-bamick84/, I am getting a 404. This could be caused by a couple things:

- GitHub pages needs to be enabled on master. You can fix this in the repository settings.
- the index.html file is incorrectly named inde.html. We will fix this together in class.

Can you please fix the first bullet @bamick84?

Open the repository settings and check whether GitHub Pages is enabled on the master branch. Use the linked GitHub Pages URL to verify that it no longer returns a 404; the issue also identifies index.html versus inde.html as a separate possible cause, but requests the settings fix.
