document supported implementation languages and frameworks ? (e.g. Python etc)

It would be cool to document which
- languages are supported (seems JS/TS currently)
- frameworks are supported (e.g. for UI or other stuff)

I could contribute to the FAQ and send a PR if there is information about the topics

Confirm the current JavaScript/TypeScript support and whether Python is on the Spark roadmap; done means the FAQ clearly records the supported implementation languages, frameworks, and roadmap status.
