Unable to view logs

**Describe the bug**
I am unable to view action logs. When I attempt to I see the error
Could not open logs, unhandled error. Not Found - https://docs.github.com/rest/actions/workflow-jobs#download-job-logs-for-a-workflow-run

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. click the view jobs logs on any action

**Expected behavior**
The logs should appear

**Additional context**
This is on a corporate github project hosted on github.com with sso login

Reproduce the failure by selecting “view jobs logs” for an action, then inspect the request to the GitHub REST endpoint for downloading workflow-job logs. Confirm whether the corporate SSO context affects that request. Done means action logs open instead of showing the Not Found error.
