Theme/Icon issue

The icon for the command to view the job logs does not show up when using the default GitHub dark theme, see the attached image, to the right of "copilot" you can see an empty rectangle


With the default Dark VS Code theme you can see it:

Reproduce the job-log command icon in the VS Code extension using the default GitHub dark theme, then compare it with the default Dark VS Code theme shown in the issue. Locate the command and its icon definition from the extension entry points; done means the icon renders beside "copilot" in both themes.
