Description

### Problem Statement

For those of us who still do some of the work ourselves instead of letting our clawed masters complete everything it's much nicer to use the --ai flag when setting up a new project. Switch the docs to --integration if you like but leave --ai for us old folks! My context window can't hold so many long words like integrashun. Thanks!

### Proposed Solution

Add --integrate but leave --ai as a relic for the OG users.

Start at the CLI initialization command and inspect how the existing --ai and --integration options are defined and documented. Verify the intended spelling with the issue before changing it; done means initialization accepts the requested new alias while retaining --ai, and the CLI help and relevant checks reflect both options.
