Updated changelog

Hi, I noticed [the changelog](https://github.com/github/scientist/blob/master/doc/changelog.md) isn't updated for the last releases. Is that just an oversight? Or did nothing meaningful change?

Start with doc/changelog.md and review the releases that followed its latest entries. Determine whether those releases included meaningful changes, then update the changelog with the missing release information or confirm that no update is needed. Done means the changelog reflects the relevant releases.
