GitHub Code Quality: Org-level quality trends and time-series data [GA]

### **Value Prop**
GitHub Code Quality now surfaces org-level trend data so security and engineering leaders can see whether code quality is improving or declining over time — without leaving GitHub. Time-series charts make it easy to spot regressions early, measure the impact of quality initiatives, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Instead of relying on a point-in-time snapshot, teams get a continuous, data-driven view of their codebase health across the organization.

### **Expected Outcome**
Today, the org-level Code Quality dashboard answers "Where do we stand right now?" but not "Are we getting better?" By adding time-series trend data, we enable leaders to track quality trajectories, catch regressions before they compound, and demonstrate ROI on quality investments — all from the security overview they already use. This closes one of the most-requested gaps in the Code Quality experience and is a key milestone on the path to Code Quality GA.
