### Value Prop
Customers have expressed the need to support more than just UTC for scheduling jobs in GitHub Actions, Especially when the schedule is only supposed to run on certain days of the week this gets very confusing with UTC
### Expected Outcome
We will provide timezone support for cron/scheduled jobs in GitHub Actions
