Description
### Value Prop
CodeQL can scan the majority of C# applications, but it currently does not support Blazor, a popular framework. Adding support to scan Blazor will enable CodeQL to completely cover applications that use the Blazor framework.
### Expected Outcome
Users using the Blazor Framework to build their applications will start seeing files related to the parts of the application built in Blazor, included in the list of files scanned by CodeQL. This means that they will potentially see new CodeQL alerts related to parts of the application built in Blazor.
