Business metrics export script

Could we create a script to export useful business metrics (Issues/PRs opened & closed, deploys, etc.) from a GitHub org or a complete GitHub Enterprise instance?

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by defining the supported GitHub scope and the exact business metrics to export, then locate the project’s existing sample-script conventions. Done means a documented script can retrieve the agreed metrics from an organization or GitHub Enterprise instance and has a way to verify its output.
